Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Playzorie infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our Contact page (select "Copyright / DMCA" as the topic) including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on playzorie.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. Many games on Playzorie are sourced through licensed third-party game distribution networks; in those cases, we will also forward the notice to the relevant network for their records.
Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through our Contact page including the information required under the DMCA. We will evaluate counter-notices in good faith and respond accordingly.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for parties determined to be repeat infringers.
